About our Products:
All of our products are brand new, unworn, and stored in a clean and hygienic environment.
They are sourced from all around the World and are of the highest quality, with the wooden plugs and tunnels being beautifully hand carved.
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.
We cannot be responsible for any import duties that you may incur by importing goods into your country, nor can we mark down the value of the items delivered on the 'Customs Declaration' sticker attached to your parcel.
To deliver to the mainland United Kingdom (inc Northern Ireland) it is £1.10 for 1st Class Royal Mail delivery.
For international orders there is a flat fee of £3.50 to any location in the World. This is sent by Royal Mail's 'Airmail' service.
Product Sizing and Colours:
As many of our plugs are made from natural materials, the sizes can vary by up to 0.5mm. This mainly applies to the hand-carved wooden items.
The colours and patterns on the products may also vary slightly, as they are made from natural materials.
Sizes for our range of saddle plugs are measured from the thinnest part of the plug (see diagram below), and not the face of the plug, as the plugs require a slightly larger lip in order to keep them in place as saddle plugs do not come with or require rubber O-rings.
How to look after your plugs
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Always keep in dry and well-ventilated area.
Organic material is heat and moisture sensitive and can warp, swell, or crack, if not cared for properly.
At Just Eros we guarantee you a great shopping experience, and are happy to accept returns within 14 days, subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us that you wish to return the item
- The item must be returned in it's unopened (with the disclaimer still intact), unused, original condition, and must include all original packing materials.
- Earrings & body jewellery: For hygeine reasons, we supply earrings and body jewellery in staple sealed bags. Where this plastic has been opened, we are unable to provide a refund or to replace earrings or body jewellery. The exception to this is where Just Eros has made an error, or if the jewellery is faulty.
